Screening criteria:
Income must be at least 2 times the amount of monthly rent. (Subsidized income is considered in the total.)
Rental History (7 years prior)
Criminal history (5 years prior) No convictions or deferred judgments involving methamphetamine, the requirement to register as a sex offender, or any offense classified as homicide or stalking.
Credit score must be 650 or higher to qualify without a co-signer. A score of 550-649 is acceptable with an approved co-signer (7 years prior history considered)
